Prasanna Ganesan,
Founder and CEO.
Prasanna founded Machinify in early 2016. After receiving his PhD in Computer Science at Stanford, he co-founded VUDU in 2005 (acquired by Walmart 2010). His pioneering work as CTO resulted in over 30 patents and his receiving the 2013 Home Entertainment Visionary award. Prasanna is the recipient of the President of India Gold Medal for his academic accomplishments and also holds the distinction of being the #1 ranked student entering the Indian Institute of Technology.
Tony Miranz,
Co-Founder and President.
Tony is among the best in Silicon Valley at forging partnerships that bring new products and services to global markets at scale. He was the founding CEO of VUDU which ignited the digital distribution of Hollywood movies giving rise to Netflix, Hulu, Apple-TV digital deliver services. Prior to that Tony led global sales at OpenWave, helping to usher in the era of web browsing on phones and make OpenWave one of the most successful IPO’s of the

Chief Operating Officer.
After leading corporate development at TiVo for many years, Edward joined Prasanna and Tony at VUDU, where he served as VP of business development, COO. Edward led the sale of VUDU to Walmart in 2010 and then ran the company as an independent subsidiary. Most recently he led strategy and partnerships at Medium, helping to take the company from early beta to one of the most important publishing platforms on the Internet.
